As a customer you can check your own balance of the gift vouchers by going to the e-mail in which your gift voucher from Fedde&Kees is ready. Click to redeem the gift card. Below the value of the gift card, the remaining amount is stated. If you have lost this email, you can send an email to: klantenservice@feddekees.nl. The email with the gift card code will be re-sent. The value of the voucher is equal to the remaining amount that is still on the gift voucher. please note : the e-mail must be sent from the e-mail address known to us.
