Return Policy Fedde&Kees
Fedde&Kees tries to inform you as well as possible about the articles via the website. If an article is not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the order.
Returns conditions
You can only return items purchased in the Fedde&Kees webshop.
After your order has been delivered, you have 14 days after requesting the return to return the items. After this period, the purchase is final.
The item must be returned with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, otherwise depreciation will be charged. Please use suitable shipping packaging for the return shipment.
The consumer bears the direct costs of the return. You can decide for yourself whether you send this via normal mail or with track & trace.
After Fedde&Kees has received your returned item, you will receive a confirmation by email.
In case of returns (cancellation of purchase of 1 or more items) the amount to be returned (price of the paid product) will be transferred to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. Fedde&Kees will refund the amount to the account with which the order was settled or in case of purchase with a gift voucher, by increasing the gift voucher balance.

Within 14 days after receiving the order, you can cancel the order by registering a return in the return portal. The link to the return portal is in your tracking email or go directly to the return portal.
Inspection period
For a received package, the delivery day itself counts as day 0 and the following day as day 1. For service point deliveries, the day the package is collected counts as day 0 and the following day as day 1.
Return entire order
When you return the entire order (with or without reason), Fedde&Kees will refund the entire purchase amount to the account number known to Fedde&Kees or, in the case of purchase with a gift voucher, by increasing the gift voucher balance. The costs you incur for the return shipment are for your own account.
Returning one product from a bundle
Do you want to return 1 of the products that are part of a purchased set or bundle? Then the discount will expire. You will be refunded the total price minus the cost of the product that you keep.
Calculation example: Follow-up set = € 123.50. You return the BUNDI sleeping bag. You will be refunded the following amount: € 123.50 - € 65 (costs NUNKI Cradle) = € 58.50.
Step-by-step plan for returning an item
Step 1: Register your return via the return portal . You will need your order number (#) and zip code for this.
Step 2: Please indicate the reason for your return per product.
Step 3: Continue via the 'Upload image' button. Uploading an image is not necessary. If you have any doubts about whether your return meets the requirements, it will help us come up with a solution.
Step 4: Choose the method of refund. It is not possible to exchange an item, if the return meets the conditions, you will receive your money back.
Step 5: Choose return method. There are currently 2 options: Drop-off point - No printer needed and Drop-off point - Print label at home. The nearest drop-off point is shown, but you can change this yourself.
Step 6: Go to the overview and check your details. You will see here what the costs for returning are.
Step 7: Confirm and pay. You will be redirected to a secure Mollie environment, where you can complete the payment for the return label.
Fedde&Kees aims to process your return request within 2 business days. Once your request has been approved, you will receive your return label by email and you can return the package to your chosen Service Point. You then have 14 days to return the shipment.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form which can be found at the bottom (after article 21) of our General Terms and Conditions .
If a return shipment does not meet your expectations
If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) stamped, Fedde&Kees is unfortunately forced to charge costs. This also applies to shipments that have been refused or not collected at the collection point. This concerns administration costs of €5 and the costs that the carrier charges us for delivering unstamped shipments (Shipments within the Netherlands from €11.00). This means that these costs will then amount to at least €16. Fedde&Kees will deduct these costs from the credit note of the articles.
If a return shows signs of use and is no longer saleable as new, a depreciation of €30 (per item) will be charged or you will be given the option to receive the items again.
Fedde&Kees cannot accept returns outside the 14-day return period.
Fedde&Kees is not responsible for delays and lost shipments by POST NL (or other sender) in case of a return. In this case, please contact your sender.
